Hi Everyone,

I'm on the search for some great inspiring coffee table books on hats and/or milliners, does anyone have any favourite titles they recommend?  Thanks

I just borrowed a book from the library called Chanel Collections and Creations by Danielle Bolt. It is a great book all about the Chanel style, with quotes from the lady herself. I really love this book.

Here are three of my favorites:

50 hats that changed the world - Design Museum (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fifty-Hats-That-Changed-World/dp/1840915692)

Women - Lillian Bassman (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lillian-Bassman-Women-Deborah-Solomon/dp/08...)

The Little Dictionary of Fashion - Christian Dior (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Little-Dictionary-Fashion-Guide-Dress/dp/18...)

The last one is not entirely about hats, but a great deal of fun, and wonderful to get a fun fashion discussion going.

I bought The Hat Book - papadakis from Rosetta books

Cool, ill have to check them all out. I actually have the dictionary of fashion :) it lives beside my bed

I picked up Couture Hats by Louis Bou at one of my remaining Dymocks stores on the weekend and I also stumbled across a book celebrating 50 years of the Melbourne Cup fashions

Here are 3 books I like: the hat book by Julie Bowden, hat tricks by Terence terry, and design and make fashion hats by Karen henriksen

Also ordered Hats by Madame Paulette this week from Amazon

I recently ordered Audrey Hepburn in Hats.  Highly recommend it!

Hi everyone,

I adore 'Elegance'  a book of the first ever fashion photography by 2 French Brothers Seeberger.

There are the most amazing pictures in it of the most wonderful hats of an great era.

I never get tired of it !
