Hi 

I recently blocked a mohair base, but fear I over stiffened the felt, I've managed to get quite a good finish brushing felt with a slightly wet brush..

But I wondered is there any kind of mixture I can apply when brushing to building extra shine and fix?

Any ideas would be very welcome! Thank you!
