how to line a cocktailhat
I recently just had this love for hat making and I have been trying my hands on some simple designs but my main challenge is how to line the bottom edge of the cocktail hat with ribbon to give me that clean finish. The same applies to the button hat as well. Please I will really appreciate some help on how to go about this.
