Cotton abaca

Dear Friends, I 'm going to use cotton abaca fabric for my first time to make a fascinator. I've prepared the base also blocking abaca. Now I'm going to hand modeling a free shape on it. I'm thinking to aplly a plastic wire at the edege of the pieces of abaca I'll use. Could you please tell me if it's a right way to procede?I thank you.See More
