This piece represents the mystery and movement found at the deep depths of the oceans bottom. Dynamic, fluid, and flowing.

It consists of stripped and curled tree bark, that I have hand painted white on the outside, and black on the inside. There is a large pouf of white ostrich feathers, and over them is a semi-dome that I hand wove, wired, and painted out of vines. It all rests upon a 14" black sinamy pagoda style hat, that is wired for stability. This is on a alice band or headband, and has a few loops of elastic for bobby pins.
