I Love Hats Because?: Hats are fun, functional, protective and stylish. No matter what you are wearing, it's the hat that get's noticed!
About Me: At a very young age, I saw the world through fabric, color and texture. My turtles would provide me with the quiet, un-judging support I needed at the age of eight to be a budding designer. But it was my Uncle Courtney, with panache and great style, who taught me to appreciate the fine detail and fabric of beautiful things. This gift to me, set the wheels in motion for a lifetime passion of capturing one’s own style, through fine fabrics, color, texture and nature. My designs are a mix of classical styling, vintage, and a touch of whimsy. Only the finest natural trims and fabrics/straws are used. Each collection is unique, mixing color, texture and inspired by nature. Today, when I design, I try to capture the charm and confidence with femininity and timeless style. I have been designing woman’s apparel and accessories for the last ten years, but fell in love with millinery a few years ago. No other accessory can convey, confidence, sophistication and flirtations as quick as a beautiful hat can!
