Hi Diana, We had some one else o/seas have a problem.Techo guy said Check out FAQs for advice on playback performance http://www.facebook.com/l/3AQG03lvcAQEio5-RyzwJPZj-RsHdXe5QQtBycgE4... plus best to close down all other programs on your computer. eg Skype etc. Use another Browser and restart computer. The videos are locked into a system that can not be downloaded but we are no longer limiting viewing to a month as you may need to refer to them again Let me know how you go- E
