<p>Yes you can turn brim up slightly I would suggest just one side up by controlling the wire & pulling wire up on that side then with steam re mould the felt curve with hands to create the curve in up turn you desire. A nice look is to have down turn side longer so cut some of upturn side away max 2 cms and tapering as this means less diameter to tighten up with wire. Any reshaping with out the right block is about manipulating the wire . Experimentation is our greatest teacher. Enjoy…</p>
