perch hats.
Hello - can anyone tell me how milliners get these popular perch hats to sit vertically on your head please? I am just starting my millinery journey and love these hats but have no idea how to go about making them 'perch'. Thankyou, Kylie

Many have a hidden support structure of a small close fitting scull cap or a bandeau, and/or use discreet wire headbands to support the hat on the head. That's half the art I think. :-)
