I use the thinners in the solvent based stiffener @ 50/50 when stiffening under brim of felt hat to reduce the whitening residue. "

"Hi Jodie, Easy solution is to buy paint thinners from Mitre10 or Bunnings Hardware to place the brush in after use and it will be soft next time. I have gone through a few brushes but have always been from paint Dept of hardware store. As I used a…"
