- I Love Hats Because?
- They can really represent a person's personality (eg. slouchy for casual, more structured for formality), and be both useful (eg. winter hat to keep head warm, summer to keep sun off)...as for making them, I LOVE sewing 3D sculptural pieces!
- About Me
- I have been sewing since high school, more than 25 years, although I did not sew much through my 30s. I love to create useable items with artistic flair and inspirational fabrics/design. I tried my hand at making quilts, but the size of the items were daunting, so I decided to focus on smaller items like pot holders, bowl cozies, etc. This interest in 'useable art' began my journey making hats. :)
