Previously Carole was CEO of an international advertising agency. She trained in England with milliner Rose Cory and at the London College of Fashion, subsequently graduating from Sydney Institute of Fashion Technology as a qualified Couture Milliner.
She is currently an International Millinery Tutor and Lecturer and has pioneered the introduction, research and development of thermoplastics in the millinery and in the fashion industries worldwide.
Her international workshop and lecture circuit include assignments as a regular Visiting Lecturer & Tutor for the masters design students at The Royal College of Art, London; Millinery workshops at Kensington and Chelsea College of Fashion; CASS design university London and private workshops in Ireland, France, Spain and Australia.
Carole is apparently the only Australian Milliner to teach at RCA, the leading international millinery/design university and has been instrumental in developing the rapidly growing market in international millinery tuition services.
Carole is a well established and award winning millinery designer with her own purpose built Millinery Cottage and Atelier in Grose Vale, NSW, Australia. She is passionate about innovation and development in millinery.
